Before founding The Ops Partners, Jentsch co-founded a 3PL warehouse operation in Malaysia — taking it from zero to profitability within the first year. Instead of hiring a full-time COO or CFO, you get an experienced executive embedded into your business on a flexible, part-time basis. We attend your leadership meetings, manage key operational and financial functions, and work as an accountable member of your team — without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Every engagement starts with a free Discovery Call, followed by a 2-week Operational Audit and Gap Analysis Report. From there, we embed into your business on a pay-as-you-go basis. For ongoing retainer arrangements, a formal contract is signed to protect both parties.
Our engagements are structured in three tiers based on your business stage and scope:
